Brand new studio unit at the heart of Singapore. 5 minutes walk to Jalan Besar MRT Station. Less than 10 minutes by taxi or grab to Orchard, Suntec, Bugis. The location is excellent with many amenities and food right below the building. There is 24 hours Sheng Siong supermarket 5 minutes foot away. The unit is fully furnished, you have your own private toilet and small kitchenette with induction cooker, kettle, microwave and full size fridge. It is easy and convenient to go anywhere from here.

Only complain is that they don't have a sheltered drop-off point for cars to offload luggage & passengers.
Glad to have found this place at a very reasonable rate! Stayed 38 days here and I only wish i could stay longer. Really cozy place!
